Taste the wellness! Honor your body!

Join us on Sunday January 15 for a day full of goodness with community.
Explore emotional, mental, & general wellness in our café, in our community room, and throughout the store. This is our yearly event focusing on wellness for the start of year and during the dead of winter. We’re taking a look at a broad sense of wellness - including healthy eating and general health, emotional wellness, and preventative wellness, while boosting immunity during the cold and flu season. Get ready!

IN THE CAFE:

THROUGHOUT THE STORE:

IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM:

  • 11:30 - guided meditation & setting intentions with Coach Aruni

    • Aruni Nan Futuronsky will lead us in a guided meditation on your intentions for self-care and wellness in 2023. We will then discuss several impactful strategies for implementing sustainable change in our lives. We will each then create our wellness plan, based in intention and right action. You will leave this session with your plan of practice. Follow up support will be available with Aruni. This session will support both our hearts and our minds, in living the life we choose, by bringing into alignment our intentions and our actions.

      Aruni Nan Futuronsky, mindfulness coach, author, and Legacy Faculty member of Kripalu Center, brings with her decades of teaching and facilitating experience. With humor, warmth and depth, Aruni will guide us in drawing on heart and mind, with compassion and relaxation, to lean into the direction of wellness and ease.

  • 12:30 - flipping the script & loving yourself with Jenny of Wild Blossom Coaching

    • Come home to yourself. You are complete and beautiful as you are today. As human beings, we often have a strong desire to focus our attention on our bodies by looking ahead to some future version of ourselves, some concept, some ideal body type that we think we need to be happy or to please others.  Instead of searching for a new body, new you in the new year, Jenny will teach you to flip the script, and unconditionally love yourself here and now.  Jenny invites you to embody wholeness by integrating all of the layers of yourself to feel freedom and peace in your body today.  She will guide you on a visualization of deep gratitude and abundance, to feel wholeness and happiness now, and hold yourself in the highest regard as you step into the new year.
