Owner Referral Bonus will be applied to Owner's prepaid tab upon completion of the named new hire's introductory period of at least 60 days. This form must be submitted within 30 days of employment application submission to be considered. In the event that multiple Owners refer the same employment candidate, the first referral received will be awarded the bonus. Those ineligible for the Owner Referral Bonus include: BFC employees (we have our own internal referral bonus program!), Board of Directors and their companions, those who are running for a seat on our Board of Directors and their companions. In addition, Owners cannot refer their associates and vice versa. The completion of this referral form is not any obligation for Berkshire Food Co-op to hire the referred candidate. It is also further understood that BFC is an At-Will Employer. BFC reserves the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which the bonus is rewarded. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the program at any time at our sole discretion.
