Curbside Pick-up Program
Shopping can be stressful right now, we understand. The Berkshire Food Co-op is trying to help make it a little easier. While we work together to #flattenthecurve and mitigate the spread of this novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are offering curbside pick-up for those who can’t go in public right now.
How it works
You do not need to be a Co-op Owner to use our program! There is a $5 fee when paying with a credit card. Owners with active Owner Tabs may pay with their tab, and will be able to use Curbside for free.
Fill out the form below with all the information we need to do your shopping for you.
Our system doesn’t send confirmation emails after submitting an order. If you hit the “submit” button, we got your order. Please do not call the store to confirm that we have gotten your order.
When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email from us.
Payment will be collected by credit/debit card through a link that will be emailed to you. If you have an Owner Tab and choose to use it, indicate that on the form. To use the Owner Tab, the order name must match the Ownership account. To pay with another form of payment, choose the “other” option and indicate in the notes that you’ll hand over payment at pickup.

Curbside Pick-up Protocol
Read this section carefully - some things have changed
Curbside Pick-up Orders may only be placed using this form. We will not take Curbside Orders over the phone or as direct emails.
Curbside is now available 7 days a week!
Orders submitted daily before 2pm will be completed and picked up that day. Orders submitted after 2pm will be completed and picked up the next day. Orders are filled in the order they are received.
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot change the order.
Orders must reach a minimum of 5 items and must not exceed 20 items. Orders with more than 20 items will be truncated. (6 onions counts as 1 of 20)
Be as detailed as possible in your list (try to include brands, sizes, etc)
Instead of using words like ‘small’ or ‘large’, try using approximate measurements like ounces, pounds, tablespoons, etc. (e.g. “about 16oz potato chips” instead of “large bag of chips” and “2tbs ground cinnamon” instead of “small bag of cinnamon”)
If your order includes alcohol, you must be willing to show ID upon pickup.
Please do not place a Curbside Pick-up order if you are planning to come into the store. The limited order slots available are reserved for people who can’t come inside.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours after fulfillment are considered abandoned. There are no refunds on abandoned orders.
