Join us for our 2022 Annual Meeting of Owners!
When: Saturday, October 15th at 11:00am
Where: Memorial Ball Field, right next door to the Co-op!
Who: Active Owners of Berkshire Food Co-op in good standing
We have reached our attendance cap of 75 people. We are encouraging Owners who are not part of the original 75 to join for the meeting part only, as kind of a "standing room only" situation. This doesn't include lunch, soft serve, or the gift totes, but you will be able to participate in the important part - the meeting. And if there are extra chairs available you may be able to grab one.
Attendance is capped at 75 Owners. Only active Owners in good standing are permitted to attend. A recording of our Annual Meeting will be available the week following.

Here’s the schedule:
11:00am - Welcome to Memorial Field! Voting begins.
11:30am - Grab a plate and fill it with food. Find a table to mingle with a Board member or store manager.
12:00pm - Our meeting begins! The buffet will remain open during the meeting. Meet AND eat!
1:30pm - Dessert time! Try some Supreme Soft Serve.
2:00pm - Voting at the meeting ends. (All votes must be in by 8pm October 15th.)
